     The floor and the wall behind the soda dispensers in the basement area were observed soiled with soda concentrate residue from a spill over the summer. Though they were cleaned of the bulk of the syrup, the floor and wall still have spots that should be cleaned to restore the area to the state before it was soiled. Clean the floor and walls and maintain them clean to sight and touch.
