The Person in Charge drained and refilled the sink, and the sink measured 150PPM. Directions for the type of quat used called for a minimum of 200PPM quat. Person In Charge manually mixed the sink to 300PPM quat to correct the violation. Repair quat sanitizer dispenser so that it mixes sink sanitizer to effective sanitizer concentration. Maintain quat sanitizer at effective range according to directions on container. Retrain employees on correct sanitizer concentrations so that they monitor and refresh/refill sanitizer when it drops below effective range.
