Upon inspection inspector washed hands and observed that the water was leaking onto the ground. Employee stated the the tank had likely been cleaned and the valve was shut off. Employee was able to turn the valve on and waste water was then conveyed to the grey water tank. Ensure that waste water tank is hooked up after cleaning. Correct on site
