     Correction: Provide training to employees on proper use and concentration of sanitizer or repair or adjust warewashing equipment to provide proper sanitizer concentration. Establishment does have a working dishwasher to sanitizer glassware and dishware and will add sanitizer to the spray bottles and buckets to make sure its reading at least 200 PPM.
