     All food items including cheese sticks and meat sticks in Open Meat Display cooler cold held at 46F. The cooler was set to 43F.

     Correction: Maintain cold time/temperature control for safety food at or below 41°F. Discard unsafe food items. The cooler was adjusted by the owner- to be set to 36F, but the compressor turned off and would not turn back on. The temperature began to rise so the unit was put out of use until it can be fixed. The unit was being serviced by the end of the inspection.
