     UTENSIL SANITIZATION - CLEANING PROCEDURES

     The alternative for sanitizing dishes by posting sanitization signage with directions for mixing sanitizer solution and providing sanitizer is not being fully followed. Sanitization signage is posted in each cabin, but sanitizer was not available in each cabin for guest use.

     Correction: Sanitizer that is safe for food contact surfaces was provided after the inspection. Make sure the sanitizer is stored out of reach of children. The sanitizer provided should match the mixing directions provided on the signage or update signage must be posted.
