      UTENSIL SANITIZATION - CLEANING PROCEDURES

      - Multi-use food contact surfaces, such as dishes must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized for different guests, or one of two alternative methods must be used. All multi-use utensils must be provided sanitization through one of these methods: 1. wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes between each guest. 2. post sanitization signage with directions for mixing an appropriate sanitizer solution and provide sanitizer. Sanitization sign, with directions on how to sanitize dishes, was provided during the inspection.

      Correction: Provide bleach that is intended for use on food contact surfaces (no scented, concentrated, or low-splash bleach). Provide a photo of the bleach that is available to guest to sanitize dishes via email (rachel.henke@co.barron.wi.us) or schedule a follow up inspection via 715-537-6104 for the permit to be released.
