UTENSIL SANITIZATION - CLEANING PROCEDURES
Multi-use food contact surfaces, such as the coffee carafe are not being washed, rinsed and sanitized for different guests. Coffee carafes are being washed in a homestyle dishwasher in the "motel office" home residence.
Correction: All multi-use utensils must be washed, rinsed and sanitized using approved methods, equipment and chemicals. Provide approved 3 compartment sink or approved commercial dish machine for this purpose, or replace with coffee machine that does not have multi-use coffee carafe (single cup machine provided with disposable coffee cups).
