Employee observed not washing hands after handling frozen raw chicken tenders. Staff member was observed using one blue glove to handle the bag of chicken tenders, put the tenders in the fryer basket, then removed the blue glove and put the bag back into the freezer. This is not the approved method for using the blue gloves. Staff memeber then went on prepare other food without washing hands.
Correction: Employees shall wash their hands after engaging in any activity that may cause their hands to become contaminated. Corrective action: manager provided training during the inspection on the proper procedures for using the blue glove method.
