     A smoke alarm is not provided outside of each separate sleeping area, within 21 feet of any door to a sleeping room. The smoke alarm outside the sleeping room on the main level was taken down.

     Correction: Provide a smoke alarm outside of each separate sleeping area, within 21 feet of any door to a sleeping room. Corrective action: a battery was installed in the smoke alarm and then it was installed on the bracket on the ceiling outside the sleeping room on the main level.
