     An air gap is not installed on the ice machine where the potential for contamination of the potable water supply exists. There is an air break provided, but an air gap is required.

     Correction: Install an air gap on the ice machine. Corrective action: during the inspection a block was placed under the PVC pipe so the end of the discharge pipe is above the rim of the funnel. There is now an air gap provided on the ice machine.

     Correction: Provide operational smoke detectors in all sleeping rooms and required locations. Corrective action: battery was installed backwards. During the inspection the battery was switched around and then the detector responded when tested.
