     UTENSIL SANITIZATION - CLEANING PROCEDURES

     The alternative for sanitizing dishes by posting sanitization signage with directions for mixing sanitizer solution and providing sanitizer is not being fully followed. Sanitization signage is posted in each cabin, but the sanitizer is not provided in the original container with full labeling. Bleach is provided in re-used bottles with no labeling.

     Correction: Make sure to provide sanitizer that is in the original container with full labeling and is safe for food contact surfaces and is stored out of reach of children.
