     Due to dishwasher not having sanitization cycle, please provide bleach and sanitization instructions to sanitize dishware in both upstairs and downstairs unit. Sanitization instruction card left with owner at time of inspection.

     Correction: All multi-use utensils must be washed, rinsed and sanitized using approved methods, equipment and chemicals. Provide approved 3 compartment sink or approved commercial dish machine for this purpose. Test sanitizer strength in manual/mechanical methods. Provide means of testing hot water sanitization, if applicable. No utensils for food contact may be washed in a guestroom lavatory.
