     Smoke detector needed in living room through kitchen (before hallway to bedrooms) due to gas burning fireplace.

     Correction: Provide operational smoke detectors in all sleeping rooms and required locations.

     UTENSIL SANITIZATION - CLEANING PROCEDURES

     Please provide bleach and sanitation instructions for dishware due to dishwasher not having a sanitizing cycle. Instructions were left on kitchen counter during the inspection.

     Correction: All multi-use utensils must be washed, rinsed and sanitized using approved methods, equipment and chemicals. Provide approved 3 compartment sink or approved commercial dish machine for this purpose. Test sanitizer strength in manual/mechanical methods. Provide means of testing hot water sanitization, if applicable. No utensils for food contact may be washed in a guestroom lavatory.
