     UTENSIL SANITIZATION - CLEANING PROCEDURES

     Multi-use food contact surfaces, such as plates, cups and silverware are not being washed, rinsed and sanitized for different guests.

     Correction: There is not a dishwasher present with a sanitize cycle, so please post that the dishes are not being sanitized in this unit. Provide bleach or other approved means for guests to sanitize dishes. All multi-use utensils must be washed, rinsed and sanitized using approved methods, equipment and chemicals.
