     SMOKE DETECTORS - REQUIREMENT

     Smoke detectors had dead battery in bedroom on main floor. Smoke detector missing in bunkhouse with beds, if used as a sleeping space required to have a smoke detector.

     Correction: Provide operational smoke detectors in all sleeping rooms and required locations.

     GENERAL MAINTENANCE

     Please provide anti-slip mats for bathtub on main floor and shower upstairs. Reattach chains and locks to holding tank covers, they were present however one was unlocked, one did not go through handle.

     Correction: Maintained establishment in a manner conducive to the health, comfort and safety of its guests.
