     Multi-use food contact surfaces, such as [items] are not being washed, rinsed and sanitized for different guests.

     Correction: All multi-use utensils must be washed, rinsed and sanitized using approved methods, equipment and chemicals. Please provide bleach (or other approved sanitizer) to guests. You can test sanitizer strength using manual/mechanical methods (test strips). Provide means of testing hot water sanitization, if applicable. No utensils for food contact may be washed in a guestroom lavatory.

     Correction: Chlorinate the well and replace the black gasket, making sure to seat it right and not drip bleach on the gasket as this may prematurely age the rubber seal. Provide documentation to the department that the well is in compliance.
