     PRIORITY: Sanitizer in the sanitizer bucket was at 0ppm at the time of the inspection. When the dispenser was tested it tested at 150ppm, which is the bare minimum for Kay quat.

     Correction: Highly recommend increasing the concentration of sanitizer coming out of the dispenser and changing sanitizer buckets more frequently until completed to make sure the sanitizer stays between 150-400ppm quat.
