JANUARY 2026 MINUTES Note: These are the proposed Minutes that will be approved at the next Board Meeting. Regular Board Meeting Minutes Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 6pm Central WI Electric Coop Call to Order : Chairman Oksuita called the meeting to order at 6:00p.m. Roll Call : Chairman Oksuita, Supervisor Wierzba, Supervisor Zakrzewski, Tracy Glodowski Also present: Joe Kaminski. Informal Public Comment Time : None. Public Requests for Consideration : None. Approval of the December Meeting Minutes : Motion by Wierzba, seconded by Zakrzewski to approve the minutes from December 2, 2025. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Approval of Payment of Bills : Financial report was presented. Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Wierzba to approve payment of the bills as presented. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Temporary Class “B” Retailers License for St. Adalbert Parish Glow Bingo: Motion by Zakrzewski, seconded by Wierzba to approve Temporary Class “B” license for St. Adalbert Parish Glow Bingo on January 30, 2026. Nays: None. Motion carried. Temporary Class “B” Retailers License for St. Adalbert Parish Lenten Fish Frys: Motion by Zakrzewski, seconded by Wierzba to approve Temporary Class “B” license for St. Adalbert Parish Lenten Fish Frys on February 13,20,27 and March 6,13,20,27, 2026. Nays: None. Motion carried. Temporary Operator's License: Motion by Wierzba, seconded by Zakrzewski to approve temporary operator's license for Jeff Glodowski for Tree Lakes Fisheree on February 14, 2026. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Town Credit Card : Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Wierzba to approve increasing Joe Kaminski’s town credit card limit to $3,500.00. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Rosholt Blizzard Buster Trails on Town Roads: Rosholt Blizzard Busters snowmobile club is re-routing some of their trails. Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Wierzba to allow the snowmobile trail to go on White Pine Rd and Lakeview Rd. to Mike Johnson’s property just past Derek Zabrowski’s. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Town Roads Comments & Concerns: Joe reported that signs on Town Road NN and Haroldson Rd. were damaged. Oksuita would like to look into a 40’x60’ salt shed. Next Meeting : Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 6:00pm at CWEC Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Wierzba to enter into closed session at 6:14 p.m. Town Board entered into Closed Session as allowed by Wis. Stats.19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Wierzba to enter back into open session at 6:19pm. Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Wierzba, to approve 2 day funeral leave for brother/sister-in-law in the employee handbook. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Motion by Wierzba, seconded by Zakrzewski to approve wage of $30/hr. for board members who perform mechanical repairs. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried.
