DRAFT TOWN OF STUBBS • SPECIAL BOARD MEETING May 23, 2026 • N3305 S. Hutchinson Road, Bruce, WI 54819 Attendance: Brad Bartels, Chairman; Annie Huiras, Supervisor; Caroline VanDerLoop, Clerk Others in attendance: Pat Burak, Tom Cudo, Valerie Richter, Dave Wierzba, Karen Olivo 1. Meeting called to Order at 9:00 a.m. 2. Pledge of Allegiance Motion by Annie Huiras / Brad Bartels 2 nd due to the receipt of a Certificate of Sufficiency from the Town Clerk for the recall election for Pam Bonczyk and as the statutory deadline is set for the Tuesday after the 6 th week commencing after the date the Certificate is filed, we hereby set the required election for July 7, 2026. Motion carried. The chairman tendered his written resignation due to personal demands on his time. He returned all equipment, keys and passwords. He wishes the town to know that he appreciated serving and wishes us all the best. Motion by Annie Huiras / Brad Bartels 2 nd to adjourn. Motion carried.
