PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
May 11, 2026 • N3305 S Hutchinson Road, Bruce, WI 54819
Attendance: Bruce Lorenzen, Chairman; Brad Bartels, Member; Amanda Poppe (by phone),
Member; Caroline VanDerLoop, Clerk
Others in attendance: John Richter, Valerie Richter, Dave Wierzba,
Meeting called to order at 5:00 pm and Pledge of Allegiance.
Discussion was held on the discontinuance of Martindale Road.

to recommend to the Board to approve the discontinuance
of Martindale Road described as follows: Commencing at the N.W. corner of the N.E. quarter of
Section 36 T.34N-R.8W. thence So. 180̊ for 35 rods; Thence E. 90̊ for 30 rods; a total distance of
approximately 1072 feet. A scale map of the land that will be affected by this application is
attached. Motion approved unanimously
