Hutchinson Road, Bruce, Wisconsin NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Town of Stubbs, Rusk County, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Stubbs Town Hall. This is relative to Resolution R2026-1 a process to discontinue Martindale Road as a public road in the Town of Stubbs. The process under ch. 82, Wis. Stats., to discontinue Martindale Road, a highway in the town described as follows is hereby initiated: Commencing at the N.W. corner of the N.E. quarter of Section 36 T.34N.-R.8W. thence So. 180° for 35 rods; Thence E. 90° for 30 rods; a total distance of approximately 1072 feet. A scale map of the land that will be affected by this application is attached below. Public comments will be taken during this time regarding this discontinuance.
