Hand, Ald. Hill, Ald. Hofer, Ald. Kreyer, Ald. Lang, Ald. Williamson Council Absent: Ald. Miller, Ald. Disher Others Present: Attorney Kelsey, Director McCue, Clerk Poppe, Mitch Nichols – by phone Pledge of Allegiance The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Executive Session Ald. Hand made a motion, seconded by Ald. Williamson, to go into executive session per §19.85(1)(c) conferring with legal counsel with respect to litigation in which the city is or is likely to become involved. Roll Call V ote: Ald. Hand - yes, Ald. Hill - yes, Ald. Hofer -yes, Ald. Kreyer - yes, Ald. Lang - yes, Ald. Williamson – yes. Motion carried. Ayes: (6), Nays (0) Action from Executive Session No action was taken from the Executive Session. Adjournment Ald. Lang made a motion, seconded by Ald. Williamson, to adjourn the meeting.
