Roll Call. 3. Public Notice is hereby given that the City of Hayward Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 15889 W Third Street, to act upon the following: A) Jim St Catherine, Lakewood Sales and Service (10518 Lakewood Drive): Lots 1 and 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 6223, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Sawyer County, Wisconsin on March 15, 2001, in Volume 22 of Certified Survey Maps on page 223, as Document No. 289646 and being located in the Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼, Section 22, Township 41 North, Range 9 West, in the City of Hayward, Sawyer County, Wisconsin. Parcel Identification No.: 236-941-22-4404 and 236-941-22-4405. A conditional use permit is being requested for used car sales. B) Patrick & Jillian Stone, 10476 Peterson Road: Lot 1 as recorded in Volume 28 of Certified Survey Maps, page 92, Survey No. 7210 as Document No. 338165, located in the City of Hayward, Sawyer County, Wisconsin, being a part of the NW¼NW¼, Section 26, Township 41 North, Range 9 West. Tax Parcel No. 236- 941-26-2219. A zone district change from Residential-One (R-1) to Commercial-One (C-1) is being requested to use of a portion of the existing dwelling as a public meeting space for small gatherings, meetings & classes. Also requested is a Conditional Use Permit for an apartment – to use the existing home as a residence in a Commercial-One zone district. 4. Adjournment.
