Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Appointment of Commission Secretary 4. Announcement of Closed Session Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) for the Purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; specifically, regarding new Paid-on-Premise (POP) and Paid-on-Call (POC) candidate(s), full time position interviews and resignations. 5. Approval of Minutes from March 28, 2023 and May 16, 2023 meetings. 6. Convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering. employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; specifically, regarding new Paid-on-Premise (POP) and Paid-on-Call (POC) candidate(s), full time position offers and resignations. 7. Reconvene into open session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(2) for possible additional discussion and/or action concerning any matter discussed in closed session and/or any unfinished item remaining on the agenda 8. Set next Joint Fire Commission Meeting Date. 9. Adjournment It is possible that members of, and possibly a quorum of, members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above stated meeting to gather information. No action will be taken by any governmental body at the above stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
