Stats. §19.85(1)(g) conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved regarding: Settlement Agreement between the Town of Mukwonago and Ralinda Howard; and annexation of 81.9073 acre parcel located on CR-EE (Tax Key No. MUKT1959.999; Nancy Carol Kind’s Children’s Revocable Trust 5. Public Comments (The purpose of this section is to allow the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Town Board.
