Town of Mukwonago Joint Plan Commission and Town Board Meeting Minutes August 5, 2026 Chairman Topczewski called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and stated the meeting was properly noticed. MUKT1912996; RELENTLESS PROPERTIES LLC, OWNER; RYAN KOCH AGENT No action taken due to lack of quorum CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT AND AMENDED SITE PLAN/PLAN OF OPERATION FOR AGRITOURISM AND RELATED FARM-BASED COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES AT SCHUETT FARMS, LLC, W2999S6370 STH 83, TAX KEY NO. MUYKT1878999, 1878999001, 1878998 AND 1877998; SCHUETT FARMS LLC, AP PLICANT; ROBERT AND BRIAN SCHUET T, AGENTS; PUBLIC HEARING WAS ADJOURNED AT THE JU LY 8, 2026 MEETING. No action was taken due to lack of quorum. Chairman Topczewski stated that due to a lack of quorum we cannot proceed with the CU permit amendment which was previously adjourned on July 8, 2025 and continued to August 5, 2026. Due to lack of quorum for August 5, 2026 this matter will be taken up at the September 2, 2026 meeting.
