Town Board Special Meeting Minutes
Thursday, February 12, 2026
Chairman Topczewski called the meeting to order at 10:10 p.m. and stated the meeting has been
noticed.
ROLL CALL
Chairman Topczewski and Supervisors Wrasman and Yerke were present. Supervisors Boucher and
Clabault were absent. Kathy Karalewitz, Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer was present.
FINANCE/PERSONNEL
MONTHLY BILLS
Motion by Supervisor Wrasman, second by Supervisor Yerke to approve the monthly bills. All ayes.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Supervisor Yerke, second by Chairman Topczewski to adjourn at 10:11 a.m. All ayes.
