TOWN OF MUKWONAGO JOINT PLAN COMMISSION AND TOWN BOARD MINUTES Wednesday, December 3, 2025 Chairman Topczewski called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and stated the meeting had been appropriately noticed. Plan Commission: Commissioners, Bell, Bratz, Moulas, Schuett, Supervisor Clabault and Chairman Topczewski were present. Commissioner Usarek was absent. Town Board: Chairman Topczewski, Supervisors Boucher, Clabault, Wrasman, and Yerke were present. Also present: John Macy, Town Attorney; Kelly Mueller, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer; Ben Greenberg, Town Planner. Meeting minutes of October 8, 2025 Plan Commission Action: Motion by Commissioner Bratz to approve the minutes of October 8, 2025 as presented, second by Chairman Topczewski, all in favor; motion passed. Town Board Action: Motion by Supervisor Wrasman to approve the minutes of October 8, 2025 as presented, second by Supervisor Boucher; all in favor; motion passed. Conceptual review of a proposed two (2) lot land division; Property Address: S78W29388 Frog Alley Road; Chris Leppin, applicant. (application 2025-31) Planner gave overview Mr Leppin asked questions on how he could divide the land. The Committee told Mr Leppin to come back with a plan.
