TOWN OF MUKWONAGO JOINT PLAN COMMISSION AND TOWN BOARD MINUTES Wednesday Oct. 8, 2025 Chairman Topczewski called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and stated the meeting had been appropriately noticed. Roll Call Plan Commission: Commissioners, Bell, Bratz, Moulas, and Usarek, and Chairman Topczewski were present. Supervisor Clabault was absent. Commissioner Schuett arrived at 6:35pm. Town Board: Chairman Topczewski, Supervisors Boucher, Wrasman, Yerke and were present. Supervisor Clabault was absent. Also present: John Macy, Town Attorney; Ben Greenberg, Town Planner; Kelly Mueller, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer. Meeting minutes of Sept. 3, 2025 Plan Commission Action: Motion by Commissioner Bratz to approve the minutes of Sept. 3, 2025 with the change of roll call to show Chairman Topczewski and Supervisor Wrasman were present, second by Commissioner Usarek, all in favor; motion passed. Town Board Action: Motion by Supervisor Boucher to approve the minutes of Sept. 3, 2025 with the change of roll call to show Chairman Topczewski and Supervisor Wrasman were present, second by Supervisor Wrasman; all in favor; motion passed. Report by Building Inspector regarding any alleged or outstanding violation(s) no new violations Site Plan / Plan of Operation request for a Home Occupation at S77 W30745 Mosher Drive; Michael Prescott, owner/applicant (application 2025-29) The Chairman gave a brief overview of the petitioner’s request. Mr. Greenberg explained the petitioner’s Site Plan/Plan of Operation in the staff report. Mr. Prescott gave a description of home business. Discussion followed Plan Commission action: Motion by Chairman Topczewski to approve the site plan as set forth in the petitioner’s application. Second by Commissioner Moulas. All in favor, motion passed. Residential development permit review for a proposed five (5) lot subdivision located on Beulah Rd. (MUKT1949998005) pursuant to Section 34-42 of the Town’s municipal code; Land & Home LLC, owner; Steve Styza, applicant (application 2025-30) The Chairman summarized the request Mr. Greenberg went over the process for rating Mr Styza presented information Joint Plan Comm/Town Board Minutes January 8, 2025 Page | 2 Joint Discussion followed Joint Plan Commission and Town Board Action: The proposed subdivision scores points 11.11 based on a joint evaluation by the Town Board and Plan Commission.
