Village of Almond Caucus Minutes

January 13, 2025 4:45PM Members present: B. Roehrborn, D. Johnson, D. Schultz, W. Tomczak, L. Helmrick, H. Burns, C. Smith President B. Roehrborn called the Caucus to order at 4:45 pm. President B. Roehrborn appointed Trustee L. Helmrick to chair the caucus as Brian is running for office. L. Helmrick called for nominations for President L. Helmrick nominated B. Roehrborn, seconded by W. Tomczak.  There were no other nominations. As there were no others L. Helmrick declared the nominations closed. L. Helmrick called for nominations for Treasurer D. Johnson made a motion, seconded by W. Tomczak to nominate Heather Burns.  There were no other nominations.  As there were no others L. Helmrick declared the nominations closed. L. Helmrick called for nominations for trustees.  There are three positions W. Tomczak nominated David Johnson, seconded by H. Burns L. Helmrick nominated Dennis Schultz seconded W. Tomczak L. Helmrick nominated Dylan Warzynski, seconded by D. Schultz There were no other nominations.  As there were no others, L Helmrick declared the nominations for trustees closed. D. Johnson made a motion, seconded by H. Burns to adjourn the caucus.  Motion carried 6-0 Caucus adjourned at 4:50pm. Carol Smith Village Clerk
