Town Board Minutes 8-20-25

Town of Mukwonago Town Board Minutes Wednesday, August 20, 2025 Chairman Topczewski called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Chairman stated the meeting was properly noticed. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Chairman Topczewski, Supervisors Boucher, Clabault, and Wrasman. Supervisor Yerke was absent. Also present: Kelly Mueller, Deputy Clerk/ Treasurer, John Macy, Attorney. PUBLIC COMMENTS Chairman Topczewski asked if there was anyone who wished to speak to the board. No one wished to speak. MINUTES Motion by Supervisor Boucher second by Supervisor Wrasman to approve the town board meeting minutes.of July 16, 2025. All ayes. RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF APPROXIMATELY $5,000,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION PROMISSORY NOTES, SERIES 2025A Casey Griffiths from Ehlers & Associates gave a presentation on the borrowing. Motion by Supervisor Boucher, second by Supervisor Wrasman to approve the sale of approximately $5,000,000 General Obligation Promissory Notes. All ayes. VACATION TIME FOR SERGEANT BEN DOLNICK Motion by Supervisor Boucher, second by Supervisor Clabault to approve an additional week of vacation time for Sergeant Ben Dolnick. All ayes WAUKESHA COUNTY TAX ASSESSMENT AND BILLING CONTRACT Motion by Supervisor Wrasman, second by Supervisor Boucher to approve Waukesha County Data Processing Services Property Tax Assessment and Billing Contract. All ayes OPERATORS LICENSE FO RJOHN URBAN John Urban spoke on his behalf. Motion by Supervisor Boucher, second by Chairman Topczewski to approve the Operators License for John Urban. All ayes. FINANCE/PERSONNEL DIRECT SELLERS Supervisor Boucher provided information from the meeting REPORTS/FINANCIALS Supervisor Boucher questioned the impact fees for the Fire Department. He requested the Deputy Clerk to have Clerk look into it. MONTHLY BILLS Motion by Supervisor Boucher, second by Supervisor Wrasman to approve the monthly bills. All ayes. PROTECTIVE SERVICES-FIRE EXPENDITURES/REVENUES Updates: Fill fulltime position, hire fire inspector RECREATION/HEALTH COMMITTEE Updates were provided for: VILLAGE OF VERNON AGREEMENT LAUREN PARK CAPITAL EXTENSION OF WALKING PATH ADJOURNMENT Motion by Chairman Topczewski, second by Supervisor Boucher to adjourn at 7:14 pm.
