Village of Almond Budget Workshop Minutes – 10/16/2024

October 16, 2024 6:00 PM Present: B. Roehrborn, D. Johnson, D. Schultz, D. Warzynski, W. Tomczak, L. Helmrick, H. Burns, C. Smith President B. Roehrborn called the workshop to order at 6:00 pm. The board proceeded to go over the budget items. After much discussion, the 2025 Proposed Budget was completed. Next board meeting:  Monday November 11, 2024 at 5:00pm. Public Hearing for Budget Adoption: Monday November 11, 2023 at 6:00 pm. Discussed repaying the Sewer Replacement funds that was borrowed from the Village in the amount of $29,000.00.  It was decided to bring to the November board meeting a suggestion of the Village reimbursing the sewer replace fund with $19,333.03 and the Sewer reimbursing the Sewer Replacement from with $9666.03. L. Helmrick made a motion, seconded by D. Johnson to adjourn the workshop.  Motion approved 5-0. Adjourned at 6:55 pm Carol Smith Village Clerk
