Residential Lighting Committee (RLC) West Conference Room TOB Municipal Building 645 N. Janacek Rd., Brookfield, WI 1. Call to Order & Roll Call. Chairman Kohlmann called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. Present: Chairman Kohlmann, Dean Pearson and Len Smeltzer. A quorum was met (3-0). 2. Meeting Notices. Meeting notices were posted as required by law. 3. Approval of Agenda. Motion by Smeltzer to approve the agenda; seconded by Pearson. Motion prevailed by a voice vote (3-0). 4. Approval of Minutes: None. 5. Old Business: None. 6. New Business: a. Discussion and possible action regarding initial committee planning and framework development. Committee discussed formation and objectives. Committee defined scope of issues including motion, color-temperature and brightness, hours of illumination, and holiday décor vs. year-round illumination. 7. Communication and Announcements.
