NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission and Town Board of the Town of Brookfield
will hold a Public Hearing in the Erich Gnant Room of the Town Hall, 645 N. Janacek Road,
Brookfield, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the Conditional Use
request made by St. John ’s Lutheran Church, c/o Bri an Zach, to construct a n electronic
changeable copy sign located on S. Barker Road. The subject property is located at 20275
Davidson Road. Also known as Tax Key No. BKFT 1135.012.001.
