Minutes of the HOME Board Meeting May 21, 2026 Members Present: Jason Dzwinel, Michael Foster, Christine Howard, John Kannard, Jay Schreurs, Deb Sielski, Matthew Van Eperen, Maria Watts, Jason Wittek Staff: Kristin Silva, Christina Brockish Absent: Duane Paulson, Phil Ristow, Kathleen Schilling Guests: James Kuckkan; Watertown Daily Times 1. The meeting was called to order by John Kannard, Chairperson, with a quorum of the Board present at 10:00 am via Microsoft Teams Meeting 414-435-2078 Conference ID# 254 307 362. 2. The Board Chair led the Pledge of Allegiance. 3. On a motion by Jay Schreurs and seconded by Deb Sielski the minutes from April 16, 2026, HOME Board meeting minutes were unanimously approved. 4. No public comments. Staff comments- a new staff member within Waukesha County Community Development will be starting on June 2 and will be present at the next HOME Board Meeting. Kathleen Fischer with Hebron Housing Services has received authorization from the City of Waukesha and is targeting to start the housing rehab project on Wisconsin Ave. in Waukesha by the end of summer. 5. Kristin Silva stated the Financial Status Report is being updated and hopefully will be available next month for review. 6. On a motion by Maria Watts and seconded by Deb Sielski the 2027 Allocation and Annual Action Plan was unanimously approved. Amount 7.
