None 7) Comments and suggestions of citizens present regarding Items on the Agenda. Citizens’ comments are limited to three (3) minutes. 8) Old Business: a. Discussion/possible recommendation: Code Enforcement Report a. Update on abatement actions b. Discussion/possible recommendation: Use of Town sites for mass communication in emergencies (tabled until new town website is operational) c. Discussion/possible recommendation: Charge for background checks through DOJ on Operators License/Auxiliary Questionnaire/Agent (Tabled until Michele and Liz complete a new application or licensing) 9) New Business: a. Discussion/possible recommendation: Operator License 2026 Application and Denial Parameters b. Discussion/possible recommendation: Delavan Tap House 10) Discussion/possible recommendation: Bills to approve 11) Discussion/possible recommendation: Admin Budget 12) Comments and Suggestions of Citizens present regarding items not on the agenda.
