Administrative Committee Meeting Minutes Monday April 6th, 2026, 4:00pm 1) Meeting was called to order by Chair Thummel at 4:03 pm 2) Roll call- everyone was present 3) A quorum for doing business was declared 4) Lloyd made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Darlene 5) Lloyd made a motion to approve the minutes of the February 2nd meeting, seconded by Darlene 6) Communications- none 7) Comments and suggestions of citizens present- none 8) Old Business a. Code enforcement report i. Update on discussion with attorney on abatement actions- Allison informed the committee that she went onto the Gasser properties with contractors and police. She will get quotes from 3 differnet contractors to clear properties, however they (Gasser) are doing a great job of clearing and cleaning of the property themselves and that the property could very well be cleared by the next meeting. She mentioned that the P .D. has been very helpful b. Use of town sites for mass communication- we have tabled this discussion until the new town website is up and running. c. Billboard on Hwy 50 and F- we have decided to send this over to Public Works and revisit when we get estimates. d. Charge for background checks- Michele and Liz are working on a new application for licensing. When that is complete, we will revisit this. 9) New Business a. A motion was made by Michele to recommend to the Town Board an approval of submittal of facility use permit for FOP . Seconded by Lloyd. Bill abstained all others were in favor. b. Darlene made a motion to approve the new STR, Mike Sellergren, 2803 Wells St. and Bill seconded, all in favor. 10) Bills were approved and signed 11) Admin Budget- no discussion 12) Comments and suggestions of citizens present- none 13) Date of next meeting is Mon May 4, 2026, at Town Hall, 4:00pm or possible postponement. 14) A motion was made to adjourn at 4:25 by Lloyd and seconded by Darlene.
