Confirm 2026 Santa Visit event date (planned date of December 10, 2026 with backup date of December 15, 2026) 18. Accept village clerk's resignation 19. The Board will consider a motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85 (1)(c) – considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility to wit: Village Clerk position. 20.
