Lake Geneva, WI 53147 (parcel #ICI 00241A) are requesting a rear setback of 14ft from the property line and a side yard setback of 4.00 feet on both sides for a deck. The above setbacks were originally approved by the Plan Commission on April 28, 2025. This lot is in the Williams Bay ETZ and is considered a substandard lot.
