Sanitary District Meeting — Minutes

MEETING MINUTES LINN SANITARY DISTRICT May 13, 2026 5:30 p.m. Linn Town Hall, Zenda Present: Ted Peters, Jim Livingston, Rob Eppley 1. Ted Peters called the May 13, 2026, Linn Sanitary District business meeting to order at 5:33 p.m. 2. No public comments. 3. Motion to approve the March 11, 2026 meeting minutes. R. Eppley/T. Peters. CU. 4. Motion to approve the March and April 2026 Treasurer’s Reports. T. Peters/R. Eppley. CU. 5. Old Business a. Concerning county activity related to the January 27th meeting: Ted called Mandy at the Walworth County Land Use office. He was told “they are working on it”. No further update. b. Code enforcement. The latest code enforcement list included external property issues but nothing septic or POWTS system related. c. Ted spoke at the Town of Linn Annual Meeting. There was no feedback from the audience concerning his report. d. The Sanitary District CD with Town Bank has been renewed. The new CD is for 12 months at a 3.75% fixed rate. 6. New Business a. Ted will start working on the next newsletter. He asked Rob to write an article for the newsletter for review at the June meeting. b. Bills were presented totaling $14,626.71. Motion to approve the bills as presented. J. Livingston/T. Peters. CU. c. 2026 activities will be discussed at the June meeting. 7. Future agenda items: 3, 4, 5.a, 5.b, 6.a, 6.b, 6.c. 8.
