Meeting Minutes

TOWN OF HAMILTON SPECIAL MEETING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2021 Chairman Blaine Lee called this special meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 for the purpose of approving a resolution for the adoption of municipal ward plans for voting purposes. Roll call found all board members present. After reviewing the proposed map (dated 10/15/2021) with the designated 5 wards in the Town of Hamilton, Supervisor Kevin Hoyer moved to approve the resolution and Lee supported the motion with a second. Motion carried unanimously and Lee signed the form. Meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m. with motions made by Lee and Degenhardt. _____________________________ Sara Schultz, Town Clerk
