Augusta Industrial Development Corporation — Minutes

INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT MEETING MAY 11, 2026 6:00 P.M. A meeting of the Augusta Industrial Development Corporation was scheduled for Monday, May 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Augusta City Hall. Members present: Corey Bauch, Cathy TePaske, Robert Chaffee and Cynthia Anderegg Members absent: Jim Kelley, Steve Goss, Brian Strauch, Travis Kaeding, and Vacancy The Clerk noted the absence of a quorum at 6:12 p.m. Attempts were made to contact members via phone. Travis Keading had previously stated that he was unavailable to attend the scheduled meeting. A quorum was not present. The meeting was not called to order, and no official business was conducted. It was noted that Travis Keading will meet with Luke Hanson of the Eau Claire Area Economic Development Corporation on Thursday, May 14th at 9:00 a.m. Committee members are encouraged to email Mr. Keading with any questions, comments, or topics they would like conveyed to Mr. Hanson during the meeting. The members present agreed to reschedule the meeting to Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 6:00 pm. The clerk will contact the remaining committee members notify them of the next meeting date and time.
