INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT MEETING February 16, 2026 6:00 P.M.
A meeting of the Augusta Industrial Development Corporation was scheduled for Wednesday,
February 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Augusta City Hall.
Members present: Robert Chaffee and Cynthia Anderegg
Members absent: Cathy TePaske, Jim Kelley, Corey Bauch, Steve Goss, Brian Strauch, Travis
Kaeding, and Lindsey Olson
The Clerk noted the absence of a quorum at 6:05 p.m. Attempts were made to contact members via
phone. President Cathy TePaske and Corey Bauch had previously stated that they were out-of-town
and were unavailable to attend the scheduled meeting.
A quorum was not present. The meeting was not called to order, and no official business was
conducted.
The members will be contacted to reschedule the meeting.
The members present agreed to adjourn the meeting.
