Call to order 2. Verify that a member has met the mandatory training requirements specified in sec. 70.46(4), Wis. Stats. 3. Affirmation of adoption of a policy regarding the procedure for sworn telephone testimony and sworn written testimony and of a policy regarding the procedure for waiver of Board of Review hearing requests. 4. Receive 2026 Assessment Roll and signed affidavit by Village Assessor with statement on record of assessment level 5. Verify with the assessor that open book changes have been included in the assessment roll 6. 2025 Correction- 1120 Meridian Dr – Tax Key 173-23-0811-04.39 7. Consider waivers of the required 48-hour notice of intent to file an objection when there is good cause. 8. Consider requests for waivers of the BOR hearing allowing the property owner an appeal directly to circuit court 9. Consider requests to testify by telephone or submit sworn written statement 10. Formal Objections previously scheduled 11. Formal Objections not previously scheduled if both property owner and assessor waive 48 -hour notice requirement 12. Create new hearing schedule for written objections filed but not heard 13. Adjourn to next meeting if necessary (If the Board of Review has concluded all of its cases, it will adjourn sine die)
