TOWN OF PLEASANT V ALLEY February 5th, 2026 EMPLOYEE MANUAL WORKSHOP CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER Chairman Doug Nelson called a Town Board Meeting of the Town of Pleasant Valley to order on Thursday, February 5th, 2026, in the Pleasant Valley Town Hall in Cleghorn at 6:30 p.m. The board members present were Chairman Doug Nelson, Supervisor Scot Iverson, and Supervisor Megan Bechel. The staff members present were Jen Meyer, Clerk/Treasurer, and Kelsey Ebert, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer CONFIRMATION OF PROPER POSTING Clerk/Treasurer Jen Meyer confirmed that the meeting was posted properly, more than 48 hours ahead of its scheduled time, on the Town's webpage and the Town Hall posting board, as required by state statute. REVIEW & DISCUSS EMPLOYEE MANUAL UPDATES The current employee manual was last revised in 2011. The Town board discussed updates to the manual. Jen and Kelsey will make the updates recommended, and the manual will be reviewed at a future meeting. ADJOURNMENT Chairman Nelson announced the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm.
