Town Board Meeting — Minutes

NOVEMBER 12, 2024 TOWN BOARD MEETING Chairman Dan Hanson called a town board meeting of the Town of Pleasant Valley to order on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at the Town Hall in Cleghorn at 7:30 p.m. which was immediately following the Special Town Meeting of Electors which followed the Public Budget Hearing which began at 7:00 p.m. Board members present Chairman Dan Hanson, Supervisor Doug Nelson and Supervisor Scot Iverson. Staff members: Jen Meyer, Clerk/Treasurer YEAR 2025 BUDGET Motion (Nelson/Iverson) to adopt the year 2025 summary budget as presented at the Public Budget Hearing with the total Revenues of $1,823,320 which includes a town tax levy of $620,105, TFD Levy of $5,827 and a debt service payment levy of $426,163 and total Expenditures of $1,823,320. Chairman announced the ayes carry 3-0 and the motion is adopted. ADJOURNMENT Chairman Hanson announced with no other business to conduct the meeting is adjourned.
