Town Board Meeting — Minutes

NOVEMBER 14, 2023 TOWN BOARD MEETING Chairman Dan Hanson called a town board meeting of the Town of Pleasant Valley to order on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at the Town Hall in Cleghorn at 7:25 p.m. which was immediately following the Special Town Meeting of Electors which followed the Public Budget Hearing which began at 7:00 p.m. Board members present Chairman Dan Hanson, Supervisor Doug Nelson and Supervisor Dan Green. Staff members: Jen Meyer, Clerk/Treasurer and Wyatt Wathke, Hwy Supervisor YEAR 2024 BUDGET Motion (Nelson/Green) to adopt the year 2024 summary budget as presented at the Public Budget Hearing with the total Revenues of $1,942,2061 which includes a town tax levy of $607,921 and a debt service payment levy of $427,976 and total Expenditures of $1,942,206. Chairman announced the ayes carry 3-0 and the motion is adopted. ADJOURNMENT Chairman Hanson announced with no other business to conduct the meeting is adjourned.
