Town Board Meeting — Minutes

TOWN BOARD MEETING August 8, 2023 Chairman Dan Hanson called a town board meeting of the Town of Pleasant Valley to order on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at the Town Hall in Cleghorn at 11:00am. Board members present Chairman Dan Hanson, Supervisors Doug Nelson and Dan Green. Also present were Jen Meyer (via phone) and Wyatt Wathke. Others present: Russ Kiviniemi from Cedar Corp and Dave (project foreman) from Monarch. The Cedar Road LRIP project was discussed. The Town requested core samples from a third party from areas of the project. The Town has concerns with certain areas of the project having little to no base. Cedar Corp and Monarch disagree with the Town regarding the areas in question. The Town has requested an extended warranty of the sections of concern. Dave will need to discuss this with other officials at Monarch. Adjourned at 12:10pm Jen Meyer, Clerk / Treasurer
