TOWN OF PLEASANT VALLEY TOWN BOARD MEETING NOTICE – ROAD REVIEW In accordance with Wisconsin Statue Section 19.84 and being properly posted, Notice is hereby given of the following public meeting of the Pleasant Valley Town Board; The Pleasant Valley Town Board Road Review will begin on Tuesday, June 6 at 8:00 a.m. at the Pleasant Valley Town Shop in Cleghorn, S10443 County Road HH & I, Eleva, WI 54738. AGENDA WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION PAVEMENT RATINGS Chairman call meeting to order and review itinerary. 1) Perform physical condition of roadways rating review per WI Statues 86.302(2). Review only no action or decisions of repairs until budget process. 2) Possible stops and lunch location and time to be determined. 3) Begin review of North & East half of township town roads, Hillview and County Rd V North, then the roads North & West, South & West and South & East as deemed necessary by the Town Board and Town Highway foreman. 4) Return to Town Shop, estimated time of 2:00 p.m. 5) Chairman – call for adjournment Posted at town hall and placed on web – May 24, 2023
